Terms & Conditions — Swahaswadha Spiritual Services

By using the website, app, or services of Swahaswadha Spiritual Services Technology Private Limited ("Swahaswadha," "we," "us," "our"), the customer ("user," "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which govern all spiritual, astrological, Vastu, and counselling services provided under the "Swahaswadha" brand, including in-home ceremonies, online consultations, wellness sessions, and product (samagri) delivery. These Terms should be read together with our [Privacy Policy], which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Eligibility
  • Only individuals 18 years of age or older may register, book, and pay for any service on the platform. Proof of age (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver's License) may be requested if a discrepancy is suspected.
  • Booking on behalf of another person: The person making and paying for a booking must be 18 or older. This does not restrict who the service is performed for — for example, a parent or guardian may book a healing Anushthaan, naming ceremony, or Kanya Poojan on behalf of a child, provided the booking adult accepts these Terms and confirms their relationship to the beneficiary where requested (see Section 2.8).
  • Bookings found to have been made fraudulently to circumvent this eligibility rule (e.g., a minor booking a service for themselves) may be cancelled immediately without refund.
  • All users must acknowledge and accept this policy at registration or booking.

2. Service Descriptions
  • 2.1 Pooja/Anushthaan by Verified & Certified Vedic Acharyas: All rituals (Navgrah Shanti, Griha Pravesh, Rudrabhishek, Lakshmi Poojan, Sunderkaand Path, Satyanarayan Katha, and others) are performed by acharyas who have completed Swahaswadha's verification process, covering identity, credentials/lineage, and competency. Services are available in-home or online. Customers must provide adequate space and details for in-home services, and a stable internet connection for online services. Rituals follow traditional Vedic procedure for spiritual and psychological benefit; no specific outcome is guaranteed, and the service does not replace medical, financial, or legal advice.
  • 2.2 Personalised Astrological Consultation: Delivered by verified Vedic astrologers, covering birth chart analysis, kundli matching, dosha remedies, and life guidance. Advisory and interpretive only — not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or health counsel.
  • 2.3 Vastu Consultation: Delivered by verified Vastu experts, covering residential, business, or plot layout analysis. Implementation of any recommendation is at the customer's discretion and risk; Swahaswadha is not responsible for construction, demolition, or outcomes of implementing suggestions.
  • 2.4 Poojan & Hawan Samagri Delivery: Premium, ritually pure samagri delivered to the customer's registered address. Next-day delivery is offered for orders placed before the stated daily cut-off, subject to logistics, courier partner performance, and force majeure events (see Section 9); this is a service commitment, not an absolute guarantee. All products are sourced and handled per stated ritual-purity standards; individual customs and beliefs may vary.
  • 2.5 Kundli Milaan for Marriage: Marriage compatibility analysis by verified astrologers per classical principles. Reports are advisory and not binding for life decisions.
  • 2.6 Relationship, Marriage & Career Counselling: Delivered by qualified counsellors for advisory and motivational support. This is not licensed clinical therapy, psychiatric care, or treatment under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and is not a substitute for such care. Available only to users aged 18+.
  • 2.7 Vedic Mantra Chanting & Pronunciation Classes: Group and individual sessions led by qualified Vedic scholars, online or offline. Participation is voluntary; outcomes depend on individual practice and are not guaranteed.
  • 2.8 Spiritual Support During Critical Health Conditions: Anushthaan and Pooja-Path offered for spiritual solace during a loved one's critical illness. This is not medical or scientific treatment and does not guarantee recovery of any kind.
